These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing or booking through this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To reserve your date, a non-refundable retainer is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and other listed methods. Late payments may be subject to an additional fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. While retainers are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a new date if availability allows. In the event of a reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, natural disasters, or pandemics, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date at no extra charge.

As the creator, I retain full copyright to all images and video. You are granted a personal-use license to print, share, and enjoy your content for non-commercial purposes. Images and videos may not be altered or sold without written permission. I reserve the right to use select images and video for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless otherwise requested in writing prior to your session. Final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 6–10 weeks of your wedding date, and Super 8 or video content, if applicable, will be delivered within 8–12 weeks. RAW files are not included unless agreed upon in advance.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for photography locations and for communicating any specific traditions, sensitivities, or must-have moments in advance. While I will always do my best to capture your day fully and with care, I am not liable for coverage compromised by late arrivals, guest interference, or venue restrictions. In the rare event that I am unable to fulfill your booking due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, any payments made—excluding already completed work—will be refunded.
