How far in advance should we book you?
Planning ahead is key when working with me. I release dates for the next year each April, and most of our calendar is spoken for well over a year in advance. Early summer and fall, especially June, September, and October tend to disappear first. If one of those months is on your wishlist, reaching out around the nine-month mark (or earlier) is your best bet.
How do I book my elopement with you?
You can follow the links to book a call with me. From there we will make sure we are a good fit and I will send over a custom proposal from the details you have given me. Next, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. Once the invoice is paid, you are officially booked!
I want to elope, but I also want my family there.
can we do that?
You’re not limited to just the two of you. We love when couples include their closest friends and family and regularly photograph weddings with gatherings of up to 50 people. Guest size plays a role in venue and location considerations, so having a headcount helps us plan thoughtfully with you.
How long until I get my final gallery?
My editing process typically takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do you travel? What are your fees?
Oregon may be our home base, but our work spans the West Coast and beyond. We regularly shoot in Washington and Northern California and are always excited to travel wherever your celebration takes place. All travel is included in your proposal, and there are no hidden costs or fees.
